2010 Dodge Challenger

The design of the 2010 Dodge Challenger is a blast from the past because it has many design similarities as the original early 1970s Challenger. The 2010 Challenger is a 2-door, 5-passenger sports coupe, available in 3 trims, ranging from the SE to the SRT8. At a MSRP of $22,735 – $41,230, the powerful muscle car can blast from 0-60 mph in around 5 seconds. As well as the retro design lineup, the 2010 Dodge Challenger is also available as a new, limited edition “Plum Crazy” model. The 2010 Dodge Challenger SE has a 250-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine with a 5-speed automatic transmission. The R/T has 372-horsepower 5.7-liter V8 with a 5-speed automatic. A 6-speed manual is available on the R/T, and models equipped with a 6-speed have 376 horsepower. The SRT8 has a 425-horsepower 6.1-liter V8 with either a 5-speed automatic transmission or a 6-speed manual.

The retro exterior design of the 2010 Dodge Challenger is similar to its predecessor, but with improved proportions. Features include: vented T/A style hood, chrome hood pins, black grille with satin surround, dual round headlamps, racing-style fuel door, body color door handles, power fold-away body color mirrors, solar control glass, 17-inch aluminum wheels, and antenna integrated into rear window. Safety features include: Brake/park interlock, all-speed traction control, electronic stability control, brake assist with antiskid, advanced multi-stage front airbags, and child seat upper tether anchorages.

Automobile Magazine calls the 2010 Dodge Challenger a “head turner,” while Cars.com refers to its “Hot Wheels” styling. Motor Trend says that the 2010 Dodge Challenger is “a healthy dose of retro-modern style.”

The 2010 Dodge Challenger’s outstanding performance, cutting-edge technology, and retro design will definitely cut through any boredom on the road.
